Allied Activity Claimed LONDON, October 1 1. Spanish diplomatic circles expect a change in the status quo of French West. Africa within 48 hours, says the Madrid correspondent of the Germancontrolled Swedish telegraph agency. British and American troops, it says, have been concentrated on the frontier of Gambia and Senegal. Reports that a large Allied convoy was seen off Dakar are not confirmed.
