U.S. AID TO RUSSIA
Below Promised Levels,
Says Minister

The United States Ambassador to .Moscow, Admiral Standley, who is eu route to Washington, said it was perfectly true Unit American aid to Kussia was not reaching the promised levels. He added that he was going to America to get supplies speeded up.
