Remarkable Increase

A remarkable rise in Indian war production is described in a New Delhi message which says that in the first year of the War India executed war orders to the value of 830,000,000 rupees. In tlie second year orders valued at 1,050,000,000 rupees were filled, and in the third year orders worth 3,650,000,000 rupees. At the’ present time 300,000,(XX) rupees’ worth of high explosives is manufactured monthly.
