LONDON, September 2.

The Home Secretary, Mr. Morrison, said today that the United Nations would accept no peace offer from Hitler unless there was a promise, with guarantees, for a collective suicide pact for the whole German leadership. He was speaking about German atrocities, and said that those responsible for them would face the retribution they deserved when the war had been won.
