REPORTED ATTACK ON VICEROY
(Received September 2, 11.55 p.m.) LONDON, September 2. Berlin radio stated that- the Vice? roy of India, Lord Linlithgow, was uninjured when a yourig Indian fired shots at him. A member of the Viceroy’s bodyguard shot and killed the Indian.
