A rail passenger-service between Gisborne and Napier will commence on Monday. September 7. A train will leave Gisborne at 10.5 a.in., Nuhaka 12 noon, Wairoa 12.40 p.m., Putorlno 1.57, and arrive Napier 3.40’ p.m. (connects with the 4.24 p.m. Napier-Palmerston North train). A train will leave Napier at 5.25 p.m. (connects with the 9.40 a.in. WellingtonNapier express), Putorino 7.10, Wairoa 5.40, Nuhaka 0.15, and arrive Gisborne 11.5 p.m. These trains will run daily (Sundays excepted). and will stop at.all stations, if required, for passengers. Monday to Saturday. 6.0 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. 1.15 p.m. Saturday only. Wanganui: Depart, 8.30 a.m. Monday to Saturday. 6.30 p.m. Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
