Spark, Royal Artillery, is appointed Brigade Major of. an anti-aircraft brigade and is granted the local rank of Major. Captain (temp. Major) M. J. Morris, Royal Artillery, is appointed . General Staff Officer, 2nd Grade, Army Headquarters, and is'granted the local'rank of Major. , Captain (temp. Major) AV. P.
