A very smart little sailor of navy felt has a double edge to the brim filled in with flat pleating of rose grosgrain ribbon. A navy veil is swathed round the crown with a neat chon at one side. A brown felt cap is composed of ?lat daisies outlined with narrow ■brown straw with a smart little felt bow at one side; and another charming little close-fitting cap is of grey felt.—Agnes Samson.
