Wright, Stephenson Dividend The accounts of Wright, Stephenson and Cm, Ltd., for the year ended June 30, show a net profit of £31,499, making, with £28,731 brought forward, a total ot £60.230. Interim dividends of 2* per cent, on preference shares, less security taxes, and 21 per cent, on ordinary shares, were paid on January 31, and the directors recommend a further payment on preference shares of 2* per cent., less security charges, ami a final dividend of 2J per cent, on ordinary shares, payable on September 8, making 5 per cent, for the year, leaving a balance of £34,131 to be carried forward. The retiring directors, Messrs. John Macdonald, 11. A. Price, and W. M. Shand, offer themselves for re-election. Northern Roller Mills The Northern Roller Milling Co., Ltd., advise that, the Interim dividend of 5 1-5 per cent, per annum, less security taxes, on preference shares, declared on May 21 last, will be payable on September 1. Transfer books will not be closed.
