By winning all its three matches, the Hutt Valley team won the annual primary school Rugby tournament between representative teams from Horowheiiua, Hutt Valley, Wairarapa and Wellington. The concluding games of the tournament were played under the most wretched conditions ou the Hutt Recreation Ground yesterday, when Hutt Vailey beat Horowheiiua and Wellington drew with Wairarapa. The first game, between _ Wellington and Wairarapa, developed into a hard forward struggle.
