Review By Mr. Churchill Expected LONDON, August 26. Mr. Churchill has lost no lime since hi.s return from Moscow and the Middle East in meeting the War Cabinet ami telling them the results of his mission. When Parliament resumes, lie is expected to make n public statement and, in the light of what lie lias learnt, he mav review the general war situation.
