RUMANIAN BORDER TROUBLE
(Received 11 p.m. August 2.) ANKARA, August
A report from Budapest states that four serious incidents between Rumania and Hungary have occurred within a fortnight. Rumanians, it is alleged, crossed the frontier with artillery. Reprisals are expected.
