IRISH NEUTRALITY
. People’s Determination (Received August 2, 10 p.m.). NEW YORK, August 1. Jlr. Robert Brennan, Eire Jlinister to the United States, declared that 99 per cent, of the Irish people are determined to remain neutral. He added: "It is possible we may be involved, but: certainly it will not bo our choosing.” Mr. Brennan arrived here by air after a five weeks’ visit to Eire.
