AIRMAN’S DEATH
Flying Officer B. Openshaw
Mr. E. Opensliiiw, Marton, received information from the Air Ministry, London, that his eldest son, Flying Officer Basil Openshaw, who took part in the big operations on Cologne and Essen, was later reported missing. He has now been informed through the International He'd Cross that his son died in June.
