Entrants must have previously passed the Senior Examination. SPECIAL EXAMINATION: Shorthand, 150 words a minute; typewriting, 50 words a' minute. Entrants must have previously passed the Intermediate Examination. (2) GENERAL PUBLIC: When so required by the Wardens the General Public in the streets and open places shall immediately disperse from the area specified or take shelter.

(3) PUBLIC TRANSPORT: Trams will run as usual with the exception that stops will be made only at compulsory stopping places. (4) CIVILIAN TRAFFIC will be permitted to proceed through the areas as directed by E.I’.S. Officials or Traffic Officers. (5) NAVAL, MILITARY AND AIR -FORCE personnel are requested to comply with the requirements of E.I’.S. Officials. The occasion will be a compulsory parade for tho following E.I’.S. Personnel in the area specified: Wardens, Medical, Communications, Traffic and Information.
