Kumara Asher, aged 59, clerk, was discharged in the Supreme .Court, Wellington, yesterday, after a jury had returned a verdiet of not gliilty on two charges of indecent assault, on a female which were preferred against him. Mt. Justice Johnston presided at the. trial, Mr. AV. JI. Cunningham appeared for tin: Crown, and Mr. F. W. (Ingley for Asher.
