CAMPAIGN PROPOSAL
Staff For Wellington Hospital The serious stall position confronting the Wellington hospital was outlined to last night's board meeting by Mrs. Knox Gilmer, chairman of the staff committee. She suggested a campaign to secure stuff and endeavours to get them by making conditions as good as possible. She also suggested an attractive uniform She reported that in view of the many difficulties experienced in obtaining an adequate number of trainees for the nursing staff, ami for domestic work in the board's institutions, a sub-committee was making representations to the Controller of Manpower and other authorities with a view to meeting present and future requirements.
