I am planning a move in addition to the veto.” . Mr. Roosevelt said the seriousness of the war situation was not yet realized by many people, and therefore the scrap salvage drive, which was beginning this week for metals, rubber, fats, rags, and everything else, should bring 'the lesson home to every family.
