Empire Trade Unions.
The secretary of the Trades Union Council, Sir Walter Citrine, has suggested that an Empire trade union conference should be held in London, to he attended by representatives of till Dominion trade"union movements. Such a conference, he says, would enable an. exchange of experiences in labour and also on, production problems.
