RAIN PRODUCER
STOCKHOLM. July 27. A German professor, Herr Lanninger. has invented a way to produce artificial rain, says the “Morgonpost’s" Goteborg correspondent. The apparatus is claimed to be capable of producing rain easily and quickly even in districts far from the nearest source of water.
