N.Z. Romney’s Win At Tasmanian Royal Al the recent. Tasmanian Royal Show held at Hobart a great deal of interest was taken in the Romney Marsh section in which a number of New Zealand sheep competed. The championship w:ik awarded to a four-tooth ram Irom the Government farm, which, tile report, stated, had been imported from New Zealand. 'This ram created great, interest and was stated to be an outstanding type that should be of real value to lhe breed in Tasmania. The ram in question was bred at. Waiorongomai by Mr. It. W. Matthews ami was selected for a shipment to lhe 'Tasmanian Government last year by Mr. (.). E. Robertson of 'Wright, Stephenson and Go. Ltd.
