No Evidence Of Sabotage • WASHINGTON, November 1.4. The Secretary of War, Mr. Stimson, in preliminary reports on the M oodbridge and the other explosions on November 12, said there was no evidence of sabotage, though there was a peculiar regularity about the explosions that might have suggested Teutonic efficiency.
