CONTROL OF DANUBE
British Protest To Russia
LONDON, November 13.
The foreign Under-Secretary, Mr. Butler, stated in the House of Commons that Britain has lodged a protest with Russia for her intervention in the administration of the Danube, and especially against the Russian adherence to the arrangement including Italy and excluding Britain from participation in Danube questions covered by the existing international treaty.
