Milk Condensing Workers, Southland An application for a new award was brought before the Court of Arbitration, comprising Mr. Justice Tyndall. Mr. W. Cecil Prime (employers' assessor) and Mr. A. AV. Monteith (workers’ assessor), in Wellington yesterday by the Southlaml Milk Condensing Factories Industrial Union of AVorkers. Tlie union, represented by Mr. A. . Croskery, applied for a new award with New Zealand Milk Products. Limited, Invercargill. Mr. H. J. Bishop appeared for Hie company. Tlie hearing will lie concluded this morning.
