After a strenuous series of Atlanie Hights, which helped greatly to defeat German propaganda, the . flying-boat Clyde will be transferred to new Empire routes. - .... The Clare ami Clyde, m 10 crossings. covered 30,500 miles on Atlantic flights, in 204 hours. On each flight latest editions Ot English daily newspaia'rs were taken, telling of the brilliance of the R.A.F. and London’s courage under air attacks. On one occasion newspapers arrived at the same time as German claims that Cleet Street was in ruins. The Hights also provided tin opportunity to exchange visits which gate up-to-date information of the progress of the Empire air training scheme in Canada. Captain Balfour. Air Undersecretary, crossed to Canada and Nett York, and Air Vice-Marshal Bishop came from Montreal to visit the R.A.F.
