BERLIN PRECAUTIONS
LONDON, November .12.
Elaborate precautions were taken in Berlin for M. Molotov’s safety. The station was cordoned off, and German au'd Soviet, secret police swarmed about it. There was little of the pomp mid cireuinstance usually extended Io visiting statesmen. Her von Ribbentrop is giving a banquet for M. Molotov tonight. Only German and Russian notabilities liave been invited.
