Earthquake Has Little Effect On Supply (Received November 13, 9.10 p.m.) BUCHAREST, November 12. American oilmen stated that the earthquake will not seriously affect the shipment of.oil to Germany. The wells are only slightly damaged and full working capacity can be restored in a few weeks. The present rate of shipment can be maintained for months. •
