Full List Of Officers TWO BRIGADIERS Appointments Gazetted Appointments of officers to the Second Echelon of the Second New Zealand Expeditionary Force are announced in the Gazette issued last evening. The list contains the names of two officers with the rank of brigadier. They are Brigadier J. Ilargest, D. 5.0., M. and Brigadier 11. E.
