Lusitania Torpedoed Off Irish Coast (From “The Dominion," May to, 1015.) The trniisnlliiiilie Ctinnrd liner Lusitania, 31,500 tons, bound from New York to Liverpool, with 216(1 people on board, and carrying cargo worth f1.i0.000, was torpedoed and sunk by a German submarine oft Kinsnle Head, 20 miles oft Cork Harbour, al 2.30 p.m.* on May 7, with great loss of life.
