MANAKAU WOMEN'S DIVISION
The monthly meeting of the Manakau branch of the Women’s Division took pJ—’<‘ last Saturday afternoon, Mrs. Bryant presiding over a fair attendance of members. Delegates elected to attend conference were Mrs. O’Sullivan and -Mrs. Bryant. A report showed that the tlrst aid classes organized by the brtrneh bad proved popular and bad been well attended. The examination has been set for an early date. It wtrs decided to support junior members in organizing a dance to raise funds for soldiers coinforte. A talk by Mr. Fowler, traflic inspector for the district, proved entertaining and instructive.
