ESPERANTO CLUB

The present were troublous* times f**r the Esperanto movement and every Esperantist should put his shoulder to the wheel to keep the movement in a flourishing state till more peaceful times returned, said the president. Mr. V. .1. Leek, at a recent meeting of tile Wellington Esperanto Club. One way in which members* could help was by being present al the meetings of liu* i-liih, and the older members eonltl show- their enthusiasm by attending tin* Kultiira Rondo meeting this week. Letters were received from Sweden. Latvia. Italy and Englund. After the numinatioii of new members the president said ho wished to thank the pro tern j-'oi'retary. Mr. If. Satisiint, for his good work and also to introduce. Mr. Lloyd Jowers as the new secretary.
