Portuguese Break With Vatican Ends (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) VATICAN CITY, May 7. After a break of 30 years in its relations with the Holy See, Portugal lias signed a Concordat, recognizing the Church’s property rights and Roman Catholic schools mid marriage regulations.
