U.S. ENVOY TO AUSTRALIA
WASHINGTON, May 6. Mr. G. E. Gauss is to confer with the State Department before assuming his post as United States Minister in Australia. He is to sail by the Monterey on June 25. and will remain in Wasiiimrlon till the end of May. familiarizing himself with details of relations between Australia and the United States.
