A review of tlie organization and activities of the Society of Now Zealand Friends was given today at the nnnii.-it gathering, which i« king held in Wanganui. A.s well as sponsoring many refugees. visits have been paid to interned aliens on Somes Island, and some eotnTorts provided. Under the auspiees of the Friends' Service Council, ap'proxiuwtely £175 has been forwitnl«l to relieve distress among war victims in China Simin, and Poland. This ministry of reconciliation is being emitinuefl.
This afternoon an educational session was field, and at. night .'in address on church unity was given by Mr. I’liilip Thorne. '
