The property consists of an area of 1 rood 14 perches, with a four-story brick building, having a narrow frontage to Lambton Quay on the corner of Kelburn Avenue and a more extensive frontage to Wellington Terrace, with large factory and office building over the lowest tunnel of the Kclburn-Karori Tramway Company’s line. On the Lambton Quay frontage there is one shot), and three shops on the ground floor face Kelburn Avenue. The name of the purchaser has not yet been divulged. The sale was effected through the agency of Lougmore and Co. To suit the requirements of the purchasers alterations to lie interior of the building are to be carried out forthwith.
