Dividend Rate Unchanged The Dominion Fertilizer Company Ltd. has advised the Stock Exchange Association that the directors have decided to recommend to shareholders at the annual general meeting to be held on 'Wednesday, June 5, that a dividend at the rate ot 6 per cent, be paid for the year ended March 31. The share transfer books will be closed from May 23, until June 5, both days inclusive. Dividend warrants will be forwarded to shareholders on June 6. The dividend is at an unchanged rate.

Traders’ Finance Dividend

The Traders’ Finance Corporation Ltd. has advised the Stock Exchange Association that the usual dividend at the rate of 5 3-5 per cent, on preference shares will be paid on May 10. This is for the halfyear ended March 31.
