POLICING OF DANUBE
Rumania And Yugoslavia Reject Proposal BELGRADE, May 1. It is officially stated that Rumania and Yugoslavia have rejected a proposal by Hungary'for joint policing of the Danube which is believed to have been advocated by Dr. Clodius, the German economic expert. A Bucharest report says Rumania has expelled 200 more Germans after raids were made on 600 houses in the oilfields area. Armoured German patrol vessels disguised as barges are reported to have reached the lower Danube.
