Russian Satisfaction Declared MENACE CLAIMED By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. MOSCOW, May 1. In a speech in connexion with the May Day celebrations, the Defence Commissar, M. Voroshilov, said: “The fact that our country is aloof from the conflagration of the second imperialist war fills us with satisfaction. “Russia does not want war but is always prepared for it. Warmongers will attempt to drag us into this bloody maelstrom and will attempt to attack Soviet territory on a suitable occasion.”
