APPEAL DISMISSED
All appeal by George Court and Sons, Ltd., against the decision of Mr. Gilmour, S.M.. thiat female ticket-writers substantially employed as such, 23 years of age or over, were entitled to a wage of £•> 10/, a week under the New Zealand Shop Assistants’ Award, was dismissed by the Court of Arbitration in a judgment issued yesterday.
