Effort To Force Dismissal LOS ANGELES, April 30. A Baptist minister sued the officials of the University of California in an effort to force them to dismiss from his post ns Professor of Philosophy (Earl) Bertrand Russell, whose ai>pointment to the chair of mat hematics at the City College of New York was declared void last mouth by Mr Justice McGeehau in the Supreme Court.
