GIRLS ASSIST AT PARADE
Girl members of the A.N.A. Club, Wellington, were up bright, and early on Saturday morning to assist at the parade of the second echelon, and earned the gratitude of the soldiers by serving steaming cups of welcome coffee before the march began. The night before, and on Saturday, they also assisted by entertaining the soldiers, sailors and airmen on leave at the A.N.A.-Club social evenings. Others who helped were Mesdames E. Puttick, E. Luke, R. B. Gibbons, F. 11. Whatley, A. B. Smith, T. B. McNeil. 1. M. Miliar, S. Yeats-Jones, C. Berendsen, Hamilton Gilmer, Mr. and Mrs. L. IT. Angus, Mr. and Mrs. Maurice Anderson, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Leicester Mr. and Mrs. Lindsay Gilmour, Mr. and Mrs. V. B. Cooke, Mr. and Mrs W. H. Gledhill, Mr. and Mrs. A. MeNaughton, Mr. and Mrs. B. Joyce. Mr. John Murray, Misses Moya Hempton, Vaimai Richardson, V. McNeely, Poole, and Harris.
