Bulgarian Loyalty To Neighbours IF DANGER APPEARS (By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.) SOFIA, April 29. M. Ivan Fopoff, the Bulgarian Minister to Yugoslavia, staled: “I do not sec any immediate danger threatening our neighbours, but if danger appears, Bulgaria will be a loyal member of the Balkan family and will do nothing to weaken mutual confidence necessary to Balkan prosperity.”
