A contingent of men of the London Auxiliary Fire Service, who left by air for Finland on March 12. has reached Stockholm, on . the way to Norway, according to information which has reached the beadquarlers of I he Loud.m Fire Brigade. Tile men have with them an official observer, who is to study conditions of aerial warfare-
