DECISION RESERVED
Aerated Water Workers’ Dispute Decision was reserved by the Court of Arbitration, Wellington, yesterday in the dispute between the New Zealand (except Nelson, Otago aud Southland) Brewers, Bottlers. Bott-lewashers aud Aerated Water Employees’ industrial Union of Workers and Thomson, Lewis and Co., Ltd., and others. Mr. W. J. Mountjby appeared for the employers and Mr. J. 11. Collins for the employees. The matters in dispute were definitions. hours of work, wages and scope and term of award. . Mr. D. 1. Macdonald, appearing for Hie ■ Canterbury employers, asked that they be exempt from the award.
