Heavy Decline In Imports RETURNS FOR MARCH PERIOD A substantial decline in imports is the outstanding feature of the overseas Inula returns for the period ended March 31 issued yesterday by the Customs Department. Exports during March were valued at £7.265.000. compared witli £7,683,000 for Marvil. 1939, a decrease of £418,000.
