Court Of Appeal Adjourned There being no quorum because of the absence through sickness of two of Hie Judges, the Court of Appeal did uol sit yesterday. Tile court was to have consisted of the Chief Justice (Sir Michael Myres), Mr. Justice Ostler and Mr. Justice Smith. The Chief Justice aud Mr. Justice Smith are both suffering from colds and are confined to their homes. The case set down for bearing yesterday was adjourned by the registrar till tomorrow morning.
