PALMER.—On March 28, 1939, at a private hospital, Palmerston North, Margaret, widow of Captain Harry Thomas Palmer; aged 76 years. POLE.—On March 28, 1939, at the residence of his daughter Mrs. P. B. Anderson, No. 93 Gonville Avenue, Wanganui, John Smalley Pole, late of Otaki and Palmerston North; m his S6th year. Friends are respectfully informed that the Funeral will leave the Otaki Presbyterian Church on Thursday, March 30, 1939, after a short Service commencing at 2 p.m., for the Otaki Cemetery.—Symes, Fleming and Dick, Funeral Directors, Wanganui.
