The programme for the Wanganui Jockey Club's winter meeting on June 3 and 5 shows an increase in stakes ot £565. tanking the total £4500. O this £lOO is added to the Connolly and Empire Handicaps, and £5O each to the Grandstand Steeplechase, Puma Hack Hurdles, and open and hack sprints.
