Dunlop Perdriau Statement
The Dunlop-Perdriau Rubber Co., Ltd., of .Melbourne, has issued the following .statement: “The Dunlop-Perdriau Rubber Co.. Ltd., warns shareholders and the public that persons representing themtselves to be authorized by the company are interviewing shareholders with a view to their investing money in a company stated to be recently formed as a subsidiary of Dunlop-Perdriau Rubber Co., Ltd., to manufacture tyres under a new process. Tlie Dunlop-Perdriau Rubber Co., Ltd., advises that no authority has been given to any persons to make such representations, nor lias it anj’ connection with any company formed for the purpose above described.”
