LOSS TO COMMERCE

Late Mr. J. Spencer Nicol At a meeting of the directors of the Scoullar Company, Ltd., on Friday a resolution was carried expressing their great regret at the loss sustained by rhe death of their fellow director, Mr. J. Spencer Nicol, and conveying to Mrs. Nicol and family their sympathy with them in their bereavement. The resolution also placed on record appreciation of the long aud valuable service which Mr. Nicol had given to the company during his 28 years’ association with it as a director.
